Who we are
Butterly Bakery is a small gluten-free bakery based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at hello@butterlybakery.nl.
What we collect
When you place a pre-order, sign up for our newsletter, or create an account, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. We also collect basic analytics (page views, device type, approximate country) to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and updates, manage your loyalty points, respond to your messages, and (with your consent) send occasional newsletters.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who have explicitly opted in via our newsletter form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@butterlybakery.nl and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate site usage. We do not sell your data.
