Pre-orders
Everything on Butterly is baked to order in small batches. When you place a pre-order, you reserve a spot in an upcoming bake. We will confirm your order and delivery date by email.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Because everything is freshly baked to order, cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before your delivery date. After that we may not be able to offer a refund.
Loyalty points
You earn 1 Butterly point for every euro spent on fulfilled orders. Every 50 points can be redeemed for €5 off a future order. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Allergens
Everything we bake is 100% gluten-free. Individual products may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, or other allergens — please check the allergen list on each product before ordering.
